Developed by the prestigious Bonita Bay Group, Spring Run is a gated country club community with a fabulous private championship golf course, par 72, professionally designed by Gordon Lewis with five tees available for all levels of players and plays from 4,466 to 6,989 yards. The course is a certified Audubon sanctuary.
Our condo is a non-smoking, pet free, second floor condo with an outstanding view of the fifth green. The 14-foot vaulted ceilings in the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom provide a very relaxing, comfortable and open space. New furniture, new wood and ceramic floors, new granite counters, upgraded cabinets, and fresh paint make this the one to consider! It includes all the amenities you would expect from a golf community residence. This home away from home includes Blue Stream HD cable TV with whole home DVR, and wireless high-speed internet!
The large living and dining area has a 12-foot glass opening onto the enclosed lanai, giving you a panoramic view of the green and fairway. It has leather reclining sofa and love seat, and a new 60” Sony LED Smart TV. A ceiling fan provides additional comfort. The living area has a three-pane, 12-foot glass slider that opens all to one side onto the lanai, giving you a panoramic view the fairway and green.
The master bedroom which also overlooks the 5th green and fairway, has luxurious mattresses with adjustable frames, ceiling fan, and a new 40” Sony LED TV. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and private bath featuring double sinks and over-sized walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, located in the front of the unit has twin beds, ceiling fan, a new 32” Samsung LED TV, and an additional full bath.
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, with breakfast nook and seating for four and also includes counter seating. The kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, new gleaming granite counter tops, new ceramic tile floors, built-in microwave, dishwasher, raised breakfast bar, full-size washer and dryer, and recessed lighting.
Enjoy the heated pool/spa which is very close to the unit, along with several newly resurfaced tennis courts, multiple pools and a beautiful clubhouse with fitness center, pro shop, bar, and full-service restaurant and private country club. Spring Run Country Club holds many functions throughout the season for residents and renters. The clubhouse administration office will have postings and information for these functions.
